Saturday, January 16, 2021 9:35 AM

We'd like to invite you to visit our special website to learn about the 2021-2022 school year at Anwatin Middle School. We are committed to making the switch to Anwatin easy, informative, supportive, and engaging.  You can expect to find regularly updated content on the 2021-2022 website and we will periodically reach out to families via the School Messenger system.  If there's anything we can do to help you get what you need and plan for next year, please reach out to our team.  You can call 612-668-2450 or email one of our staff members.

Our Virtual Open House was Wednesday, January 13 and resources from that night are published on the website linked above.  Remember to check back as we will continue to add resources and information as they are created.

Please complete your Application for Educational Benefits (Free & Reduced Lunch form) online DEADLINE EXTENDED
Friday, December 11, 2020 2:50 PM

Thank you to the families who have already submitted this year's Application for Educational Benefits (AEB) form. If your family hasn’t completed the AEB form yet, the deadline for your form to have a meaningful impact on our school’s budget is fast approaching.

To complete the Application for Educational Benefits online, visit  https://cws.mpls.k12.mn.us/application

  • Information provided on Applications for Education benefits generates about $100 million in district funding each year, and qualifies schools and community sites to serve no-cost food to youth 18 and under both after-school and in the summer months.
  • One application needed per family each year
  • The income thresholds are higher than in some programs, so many families are surprised to find they DO qualify
  •  If you are certain your family does not qualify, you can check “decline benefits” without providing income information.
